Just over five weeks now to the 15th [B][URL="http://september23.bi.org/"]Bi Visibility Day[/URL][/B]. This started out as a little thing in 1999 and seemed to stay a pretty low profile event for the following seven or eight years, with just a handful of groups marking the date round the world. It really seems to have taken off the last three years or so though - I think social media like twitter has been important in that, as people have used the date as a reason to post about bi stuff, change their online icons to be bi flags and so on, and so awareness has spread more and more each year. Got any plans for September the 23rd?!
