do not trust the net, get real medical advice and advice from surgeons and doctors that have to fix the mess people make of their cocks, trying to be bigger and better

the only treatment that does work..... ... is a total penis rebuild...... but thats extensive plastic surgery...and the end result is not a normal looking penis, and it is half artificial.......

my best advice, is contact marie delta, a trans lady in this site and she should be able to help you with info on F2M trans info..... the reason I say that is f2m trans will know more about penal enhancements and surgeries than the average male..... mainly cos its a large part of their transition.....

There are some Great herbal suppliments out there in Health Stores and Vitamin stores, but ask your Doc first before taking any of those. I'm all about the natural route, but the Doc would know best.

Realist----While people do have real health reasons that their libido and ability to perform sexually gets compromised----your story goes to show too that a big part of sex doesn't not happen down in the genitals---but it is what goes on in the head and heart---sometimes the real one of course-but also the literative "heart" that if a partner loses interest in sex--we do too and then finding partners who are "fired up" sexually--get our "fires" going again too.

I can tell ya---mental attitude has so much to do with our vitality---in the cases of two people I have gone to their funerals in recent weeks---one ---after her husband died a few years back--she really lost heart and she had to go into the hospital for some surgery a few weeks back--of course all surgery can be risky--but hers was not that dangerous----she came through the surgery great and was recovering well----but had a sudden and unforseen crash--and was dead in no time. Everyone was convinced that she simpy gave up on life and wanted to go be with her husband.

The other lady----she was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer a few months back and even though she was taken by it last week--she did not let her spirit go dark and they said--she literally had a smile on her face even when going through all the pain she did in those last days with that smile not going till she breathed her last. I'm sorry to say I am no longer with my gay lover.

There are many exercises you can do that will extend your penile length and enhance its girth if you follow it as its supposed to be done. It can be done virtually free of cost, depending on method used.

I saw something a few years ago on TV where they tested a few different / best known male enhancements / pumps / etc... and the bottom line was over a 3 month period nothing really worked. Yes, one of the pills (came with exercises) the guy gained a little less then 1/4" in length... All these pills out there that say they guarantee a longer penis is bullshit.. They feed on your low self esteem. Its all a gimmick.

Be proud what you are born with and deal with it. Some women prefer big and some prefer small but EVERY women will say the most important thing is what you can do with it. Most orgasms are not by intercourse anyway.

Bottom line: learn what your partner likes & perfect it / learn & love the clit / stimulate the mind as well as the body...

On another thread we were discussing health suppliments, and I experimented with a lot of them, including the herbs that eventually ended up in "male enhancement pills". Back then they were considered muscle enhancement. I have no idea why they claim those things would cause perment enlargement or how they can get away with sayin that. The do give you stronger erections, if your willie's worn out. They can increase stamina and intensity, and some will also increase sperm volume.

It seems to me that by the time your winkie joins the party, size isn't much of an issue, as long as you put it where it's needed. The cure to almoust any awkward sexual situation is MORE FOREPLAY. The closer your partner is to orgasm before penetration the more they'll love it (make em beg for it and you'll never have to worry about size!).

If you want to experiment with any of those, by all means, if you can afford it. Otherwise you'll never know for sure.
